Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy takes immediate effect and defines all valid cancellation scenarios, refund grading rules, payment processing timelines and liability disclaimers for all private space reservation services operated by SSSA LIMITED.
1. Policy Scope & Agreement
This cancellation and refund regulation applies to all hourly and daily private study space reservation services provided by SSSA LIMITED. By completing online payment and reservation submission, all users confirm that they have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all rules stated in this policy. This policy is legally compliant with United Kingdom consumer protection and business operating standards.
2. Tiered Refund Eligibility Rules (By Cancellation Time)
Refund proportions are strictly determined based on the interval between formal cancellation submission and the scheduled service start time. All time calculations follow official London local time standards.
- Cancellation made more than 72 hours (3 days) before usage: 100% full refund of the paid service fee. No administrative fee or deduction will be applied.
- Cancellation made more than 48 hours (2 days) before usage: 80% refund of the paid service fee. A 20% operational arrangement cost will be deducted for venue resource reservation.
- Cancellation made more than 24 hours (1 day) before usage: 50% refund of the paid service fee. Half of the payment will be retained as fixed venue scheduling cost.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours before usage: No refund eligible. Reserved venue resources have been fully locked and cannot be resold or rearranged.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following scenarios are explicitly non-refundable, and the company reserves the right to reject any refund or dispute application:
- User fails to submit formal cancellation application and simply does not arrive on the reserved date.
- Partial usage or early departure by users during the reserved time slot.
- Order has passed the scheduled service start time.
- User violates venue rules, resulting in compulsory service termination.
- Invalid reason cancellation, temporary personal schedule change or subjective experience dissatisfaction.
- Orders already reviewed, confirmed and locked by company administrative staff.
4. Official Refund Processing Timeline
All eligible refund applications will be reviewed and processed strictly in accordance with the following fixed time cycle, complying with UK standard merchant refund processing rules:
- Internal official review: Completed within 3 working days after receiving valid cancellation request.
- Funds return processing: Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after review confirmation.
- Final account arrival: Funds will arrive in the user’s original payment account within a maximum of 14 calendar days, depending on normal financial institution processing cycles.
All refunds will be returned through the original payment channel. No cash refund, offline transfer or alternate channel compensation is supported.
5. Exceptional Special Circumstances
For objective and uncontrollable circumstances including facility emergency maintenance, official safety arrangement adjustment, or verified force majeure events, the company will provide full refund or free rescheduling service regardless of conventional time limit rules. No service deduction or administrative charge will be applied under verified exceptional situations.
6. Liability Disclaimer Clause
The following disclaimers apply within the maximum legal scope permitted by United Kingdom commercial regulations. No clauses herein will exclude statutory liabilities for personal injury, fraudulent conduct or mandatory legal obligations.
- The company is only responsible for executing refund rules in accordance with official published policies. We are not liable for delays in fund arrival caused by third-party financial institution processing cycles.
- The company shall not be held responsible for user losses arising from failure to read policy rules, missed cancellation time windows or improper personal operation.
- No verbal explanation, private promise or third-party statement shall override the official written refund policy.
- The company reserves the right of final official interpretation for all cancellation grading, refund proportion and service rules within legal boundaries.
- Subjective personal experience, study efficiency or individual psychological perception does not constitute valid grounds for refund or compensation application.
7. Policy Update & Validity
SSSA LIMITED reserves the right to optimise and adjust this cancellation and refund policy to adapt to service upgrades and regulatory updates. Revised terms take immediate effect upon official webpage publication. Continued use of reservation services constitutes automatic acceptance of the latest policy terms.
